Frequently Asked Questions
Q - Do you groom cats?
A - No, due to being allergic, we do not groom cats.

Q - Do you handle aggressive dogs?
A - We handle aggressive dogs on a case-by-case basis. If we are able to groom them safely then yes, but if the dog is too out of control you will be asked to take it elsewhere.

Q - Do you accept electronic payments?
A - No at this time we are a CASH or CHECK only business.

Q - Are you a wheelchair accessible business?
A - Sadly no, at this time we are not able to accommodate wheelchairs, but if you park out front, we are happy to come out and get the dog from you and we will bring them back out to you when we are done.

Q - How long will it take to groom my dog?
A - Most small dogs (Shih Tzu, Maltese, Yorkies etc.) take about and hour. Large breeds (Standard doodles, German Shephards, Mini Doodles Huskys etc.) Take an hour and a half to two hours. Extra large ( Great Pyrenees, Akita, Newfoundland etc.) Take around two to two and a half hours.

Q - What happens if you find fleas on my dog while grooming it?
A - We will notify you immediately. Your dog will then be given a flea bath in our all natural flea shampoo assuring all fleas on the dog are killed and they go home flea free.

Q - What vaccinations do you require dogs to have.
A - Rabies vaccination is the only one we require your dogs to have. All others are at the owner's discretion.

Q - If my dog is unable to get the rabies vaccination due to health related issues can I have it groomed there?
A - Yes, but we require a letter from your vet stating the reason it is unable to receive the vaccine. You will also have to be the last appointment of the day. That way there is no chance of it being around another dog in the shop.
