The groom shop is named after Heather's first dog a German Shorthaired Pointer, who died of cancer when she was only 2 years old.

About The Shop

Orion's Pet Grooming is a small In-Home groom shop that was established in November of 2010. The shop ran for 8 years and then closed its doors the end of 2018 due to the owner having health problems. The shop reopened its doors in 2020 and has been running part-time ever since.

Orion's Pet Grooming accepts most dog breeds.

Heather was home schooled from 4th grade through 12th grade, graduating through Buxmont Christian Educational Institute in 2002. In 2003 she graduated from Cindy's Canine Companion Grooming School located in Rehrersburg, Pennsylvania. She spent a few years working at several different grooming establishments. She finally opened Orion's Pet Grooming in November of 2010. She is also the owner of The Brindle Fox, a pet sitting and dog walking business which she started for her son after he expressed interest in wanting to have a dog walking business. When she's not working, she loves to spend time with her husband, son and their two dogs.
